Open-air exhibition
Open-air exhibition to celebrate dance in Brussels!
The exhibition was created in collaboration with Lise Bruyneel (La fabrique des regards) and includes over forty dance photos from the Contredanse archives. The images will be hung like draperies in the streets of Brussels, Saint-Gilles, Ixelles and on the facades of certain partner venues. A poetic and unexpected way of evoking wonder and inspiring curiosity about movement among passers-by.

The pictures come from the iconographic collection of the dance documentation centre of Contredanse, which includes nearly 5000 pictures over a century of Belgian and international dance.
